Services and parts
What kind of work does the shop do?
Off-road builds and customization, parts sourcing and installation, suspension installation, repair and tuning, maintenance inspections and general mechanical repairs including work such as timing belts and water pumps.
Do you only work on off-road vehicles?
No. General maintenance and mechanical repair work is offered as well. Ask staff to confirm suitability for your specific vehicle when you send a request.
Can you install a part I bought elsewhere?
Customer-supplied parts are accepted case by case, with different charging and no shop warranty on the part itself. See the customer-supplied parts policy and call the shop for current rates.
Do you apply powder coating or surface coatings?
No. The shop does not apply those coatings. Coating claims go through the manufacturer or coating provider, and the shop can help with documentation.
Where is the line card of everything you can order?
There is no published line card at the moment. Send a parts request with your vehicle details and the brands or part you are after, and staff will reply with options.

No. Requests are reviewed by staff, who then contact you to agree scope and confirm a date and time. Nothing is booked automatically.
What should I include in my request?
Vehicle year, make and model, what you would like done or the symptom you have noticed, and how to reach you. Photos, mileage, trim and existing modifications are optional but helpful.

What if a part arrives defective?
Contact the shop before using or installing a part you suspect is defective. There is an initial return-window replacement process, and later claims go through the manufacturer. Removal and installation costs are not covered.
