Return policy

Returns are possible on eligible items with prior authorization. Please read the conditions below and contact the shop before shipping anything back.
Authorization required
All returns require prior authorization from the shop (an RGA). Items sent back without authorization may be refused.
Return window
Return requests must be made within 30 days.
Excluded goods and special orders
Certain goods are excluded from return. Special-order items are subject to restrictions and may not be returnable at all, depending on the supplier.
Condition requirements
Returned items must be unused and in original, resalable condition with original packaging and all included hardware and documentation.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee applies to authorized returns. Contact the shop for the current fee before returning an item.
Shipping and refunds
Return shipping is limited as set out at the time of authorization, and refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
