Labour & installation services warranty

Coverage period

Installation and repair work performed by the shop is covered for 12 months or 25,000 kilometres from the date of service, whichever comes first.

How to raise a concern

If you believe there is an issue with work carried out by the shop, contact us before any further work is performed elsewhere so the concern can be inspected.

Limitations

This coverage does not apply where:

• the repair or installation has been altered, adjusted or worked on by another party;
• the component or surrounding assembly has been damaged after the work was completed;
• the concern relates to a part rather than the labour, in which case the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Parts versus labour

A manufacturer part warranty and this labour warranty are separate. A covered part does not automatically mean the associated removal and installation labour is covered, and vice versa.
